During my free time, I never bother to go and see any of the Singapore touristy attractions - these include (but are not limited to): Universal Studios, MBS Skypark and now Gardens by the Bay.

Not because I'm not interested to but because I KNOW that when my friends come to visit me from overseas, they'll want someone to go with them to said places. This strategy has been fairly effective - resulting in so far 3 trips to Universal Studios and 2 trips to MBS Skypark.

So when I knew Tiffany was coming in from Hong Kong, I ordered kindly requested that she not go to the Gardens with anybody else.

Tip: When taking photos in nature, make sure you don't have any tree trunks sticking out of your head. I have extensive photographic evidence that it doesn't look good.

I got this shirt ages ago in Hong Kong for like SGD10 or something. Usually I pair it with leggings in the winter but since theres no winter and leggings always feel really hot in Singapore I teamed it with this black mini I got off Fashfix

And yes, I am wearing a rope as a necklace. I initially bought it as a belt for another dress but then had this amazing brainwave to wear it as a necklace and I think it looks COOL (or thats what I'm going to tell myself whenever someone comments on it). I also paired the necklace with this super cool feathery necklace - also another one of those bargain buys in Hong Kong.

Plus my Forever21 booties that I'm still not sick of as well as a Marc Jacobs bag that I swiped  borrowed from my mom (:
