I met up with Renee last weekend and her story is just so inspiring - from how she started her blog, to briefly working at a magazine before one day making a commitment to blog full time instead. And here you have it, in one year she's gone from Vogue Italia to being featured in Urban to having her very own special blend of beauty products! Seriously - thats pretty (pun! pun! pun!) impressive!

I tried out the hand cream from her line and I loved how the scent loyally stuck to my skin*. Now, if it smelt bad, that would be quite annoying, but fortunately for me, Renee's Blend has a lovely sweet note to it so I went home a happily fragrant girl (:

Its the personal touch of creativity that bloggers bring to the content - whether its by excellent curation of images,  amazing fashion photography or just a personal spin on what would otherwise be a newspaper article.
